Nutrition is important, especially today because of the western diet. The health kick is starting to boom a little, but still nutrition has a second play in many today. The question that some have that want to live a better life is; “What do I eat?” or “what is good for me?” “How can I stay well?” “what about all the ingredients, are they good?” We can find all the answers to lifes questions from the Bible. The Bible says; “That thy way may be known upon earth, they saving health among all nations.” God has given as some would call, “the Genesis Diet | Genesis 1:29.” Here God gives Adam and Eve the herb bearing fruit. Today we would call that fruits, grains, nuts, and vegetables. In Grains, fruits, vegetables, and nuts are to be found all the food elements that we need! Minerals, vitamins, protein, good fat, calories (for energy), can all be found in “The Genesis Diet.”
